Who Says MMA Fighters Aren’t Marketable?


Fedor Emelianenko is the MMA equivalent of Mike Tyson and while his aura amongst fight fans eclipses many mainstream superstars (His nickname is the Last Emperor), he has yet to make any impact as a marketable spokesperson in America.

But Korea? That’s a totally different ballgame. Just see the Snickers commercial above. Not to worry American fight fans, if Emelianenko can pull off more prime time victories like he did on CBS, his lack of English speaking skills will be of little consequence.

In fact I believe it’s only a matter of time until the Nikes and Gatorades of the world start calling.
